Every investment and partnership is formed with our core values at the forefront: Honesty. Courage. Humility. Empathy. Integrity.
Wautier Family Office backs founders with craft. Businesses where the product is the singular vision of its creator, and where patient capital combined with active board engagement can unlock scale without diluting what makes them exceptional. All five of our current portfolio companies operate in the premium consumer space. What they share isn’t a sector, but a disposition: A founder who has built something genuinely distinctive, and who wants a long-term partner at the table rather than a passive check.
Founded by Giuseppe della Badia, Gedebe has redefined the evening bag and luxury shoe as objects of contemporary desire: feminine, architectural, and uncompromisingly made in Italy. Where most luxury accessories brands trade on heritage, Gedebe trades on a living creative vision: each collection is a coherent aesthetic statement, not a catalog. WFO chairs the board, working with Giuseppe on brand positioning, international distribution, and the long-term question of how a founder-led luxury house scales without losing its soul. WFO co-founder Claudine Wautier also serves as a director and special advisor to Gedebe, helping guide strategic decisions and identify value opportunities.
Alireza Razavi has built one of the most intellectually rigorous architectural practices operating across Europe and the Americas today. A studio where materiality, cultural context, and spatial memory are treated as serious design constraints rather than decorative afterthoughts. With offices in Paris, London, and New York, the practice works across residential, hospitality, corporate, and master planning. WFO sits on the board, contributing governance structure and strategic perspective as the practice grows its international footprint.
Inspiration produces and delivers immersive live music experiences; events where the boundary between performance and audience dissolves, and the memory outlasts the evening. In a post-pandemic entertainment landscape where live experience has reasserted its primacy, Inspiration sits at the premium end of a structurally growing market. WFO chairs the board, supporting the founders as they build out their commercial model and expand their client base across Europe.

Antonio Pruno has spent decades establishing himself as one of Rome’s most sought-after hairstylists. His main salon is steps from Piazza di Spagna, and his credits span the Oscars, the Berlin Film Festival, and the Venice Film Festival. His salons are a genuinely rare thing: a luxury service business built entirely on the founder’s craft and reputation, with a loyal clientele that reflects that. WFO joined the board in 2023, serving as Chair and supporting Antonio as he builds the business infrastructure around an exceptional creative talent.

DITTO is addressing one of the most underserved areas in women’s health: the daily management of menstrual cycle symptoms through a clinically formulated, science-led supplement. Co-founded by PhD nutrition scientist Alice van der Schoot, the product is built on placebo-controlled trial data rather than wellness marketing; a meaningful distinction in a crowded category. WFO is on the board, backing Alice and her co-founder Adam as they scale distribution and build DITTO into the reference brand for evidence-based menstrual health.
